*Osaka Castle pictured*

Hello everyone,

Hope everything is going fine and no one has blown up the base while I'm gone. I bet BLU Spy is running amok in our files without me there to keep the peace, eh?

Anyway, Osaka is fine this time of year, though a bit unseasonably chilly. Sakura trees are beginning to blossom despite this, but not in time for some of the local festivals. The family is doing well, little brother just finished his first year of middle school. Parents are keeping the peace both in the home and in the neighborhood. Damn I missed this place and them.

There seems to be an expo coming up, some world's fair kinda thing. Seems neat. I hear there's this big statue being constructed for it.

Anyway, I'll be back in a few days, and I'll see what gifts I can scrounge up, but I'm traveling heavy already, so I promise nothing.
