Andouille. Okra. Rice. Shrimp. Cayenne, onion, celery. Baking bread. The smells from the kitchen areheavy and thick, and spicy enough to make an unaccustomed nose run, and in the middle of it all, the BLU Soldier stands at the stove, stirring a large pot. He is out of uniform and in something more suitable for a summer day in the bayou.
