What: Respawn glitched, and now Dok's missing!

Okay, even by his own standards, Joan's last stunt was incredibly stupid.
He was supposed to protect Dok just as the older man looked out for him, but despite the Medic's protests the Soldier had rocket-jumped out of his range;he wanted to intercept Dan, who was very obviously aiming to swipe the intelligence.

Although the Scout's surprise was very rewarding, the sound of Niklaus being headshot distracted Joan enough to lower his guard and grant him an express trip to Respawn.


He surfaced into consciousness gasping, just like he did when he had a particularly nasty nightmare--one of those dreams where he felt like he had been strapped down and immobilized while his subconscious turned against him--coupled with a strange urge to scream until the unexplainable peak of anguish that had respawned along with the rest of his stomach faded.

When he managed to pull himself together, he marched outside.

Odd, Dok wasn't there to scold him for his ridiculous stunt, and, after a quick trip to the battlements--and then back to Respawn, courtesy of a bullet to the head-- he learned that the Medic's body had obviously been picked up by the Respawn.

Joan stumbled out of Respawn again increasingly confused.

Where did Klaus go?

Despite his brain reasoning that maybe Dok got simply fed up with rocket-related shenanigans and tagged along with E, the anguished knot in his stomach refused to leave this time around.
