It was developing into an unwanted habit for Spy to search the grounds for her cat after battle hours. She hadn't been all that worried the first day or so after Audrey had gone missing, because cats were wont to go where they pleased and return when they felt like it. But it'd been nearly three weeks without hide nor hair of her cat and Spy grew more and more worried that she'd wandered onto the battlefield during work hours and was now a pile of purebred Siamese gibs somewhere.

So it was that Spy set out into the grounds again, searching under debris and behind rocks and keeping an eye for any blood or guts that respawn wouldn't have been responsible for cleaning up.
